How long will it take to get my order?

Please allow us 3-5 business days to process your order. We will send you a tracking email once we shipped it out. For Tanzania customers, Express shipping usually takes 7-15 business days in transit from our warehouse in Guangzhou china to Daresalaam Tanzania PICKUP STORE. For standard shipping usually it takes 30-45 business days from our Guangzhou warehouse to Daresalaam Tanzania Pickup store. Door to door deliveries can be arranged from our Pickup store to anywhere in Tanzania just call +255713489719. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

How do I place an Order?

Ordering online from SOKOJOINT.com is easy! When viewing an item, simply select the size, color and quantity needed and then click ‘ADD TO CART’. Once you have your desired items in your Bag, simply click the ‘CHECKOUT’ button. Next, enter any discount coupon codes that you may want to use to discount the price. Finally, you will be directed to complete the Shipping address, shipping method and payment method. A confirmation email & sms will be sent to your registered phone number or email address containing the contents of your order!

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Pay with DPO The safer, easier way to pay. When you choose DPO to pay, you will be redirected to the DPO payment page, where you can confirm your payment. You will be able to check out even with Mobile money such as M-PESA. To do so, please click on "Pay with DPO" and you’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete your payment safely via M-PESA. TIGO-PESA or AIRTEL MONEY. Money Order Customers can choose money order on the checkout page, This option will allow you to pay directly on our Store in Daresalaam Tanzania within 24hours after order placement. 24hours without payment the order will automatically be canceled. Pay with PayPal Offers express checkout. When you choose PayPal to pay, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password. You may still checkout even without a PayPal account. To do so, please click on "Pay with Debit/Credit Card" and you’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete your payment safely via PayPal.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Due to pandemic reasons we don’t ship to other countries than Tanzania. We will resume shipping to other countries in October 2021.

What if payment is declined?

If your payment does not successfully process or if it is declined when trying to complete your purchase, you will have an opportunity to enter a new card number or alternative form of payment prior to completing your purchase.

I got my order, but an item is missing/ defective/ not what i ordered, what do i do?
